Overview

At Quomlareglox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our design resources and packages. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our digital products.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected. This policy works alongside those rights and does not replace them.

Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it does not conform (for example, it is faulty or not as described), you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement (we can choose which is appropriate), or
  • A price reduction, or
  • In some cases, a full refund.

These rights apply regardless of any voluntary refund window we offer below. We do not exclude or limit these statutory rights.

14-Day Cancellation Right (Distance Contracts)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a UK consumer and you bought our digital content at a distance (e.g. online), you have a 14-day right to cancel the contract without giving a reason, starting from the day after the contract is concluded.

Exception for digital content supplied before the cancellation period ends: If you have expressly agreed that we may begin supply of the digital content during the cancellation period, and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once the content has been fully delivered, then you cannot cancel once we have started supply and you have accessed or downloaded the content. By placing an order for digital download and confirming that you want immediate access, you give that agreement and acknowledgment. If you cancel before we have supplied the content, you will receive a full refund.

Digital Products

Our products, including the Typography Essentials guide, Shape Masterclass, and Complete Brand Kit, are digital downloads. In addition to your statutory rights above, we offer the following voluntary refund guidelines.

Refund Eligibility

In addition to your statutory rights (see above), you may be eligible for a voluntary refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase and you have not consented to immediate supply and accessed the content (in which case your statutory cancellation right may already be lost)
  • The product files have not been downloaded and you cancel within our voluntary window
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the product and we cannot resolve them
  • The product was significantly different from its description (you also have statutory rights in this case)

Non-Refundable Situations

Outside of your statutory rights (which always apply when the digital content is faulty or not as described), we will not be required to issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You consented to immediate supply, received the digital content, and the product was as described and of satisfactory quality (change of mind after download)
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase and there is no fault or misdescription
  • The request is based solely on a change of mind after viewing the materials and the content conformed to the contract
  • The product was purchased during a promotional period and you wish to receive the difference in price (no general right to price match)

If the digital content is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply regardless of download or time passed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and the email used for purchase
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Only some components of a bundle package were unsatisfactory
  • Technical issues affected only part of the product
  • The request is made between 14 and 30 days after purchase

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may request a refund (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks incur additional fees and we prefer to resolve issues directly with our customers.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
